It’s easy to be in love

when everything is going right.

But you love me

when loving me is hard to do.

When I’m grouchy  and irritable or distracted

to give you the attention you deserve

You love me in good times and bad,

and I don’t think you realize how much that means to me.

Life may not always be perfect,

but your love is enough to give me hope
